What is labour only?

A labour only contract is when we only supply the workforce. We only charge you for the manual labour of constructing your driveway/patio/extensions, etc. You buy the materials from the third party.

How does it work?

We can either source the materials for you from local merchants & you then pay their bill directly. Or, you can privately buy your own materials and have them ready for us when we arrive. Either way you are paying for them directly and not having to worry about any mark-up from other contractors.

How does it benefit me?

You get better control over the project & overall finances, plus you have complete piece of mind that you are not paying for costly & unnecessary charges.

Will I get a receipt for the materials?

Yes, as you are buying them directly you will receive the receipt in your name. This enables you to keep track of exact costing of your project.
